Brothers PCI only computer needs a card...help!

My brother has a cheap Emachines that he bought for school work.

I just picked him up another 512mb of PC3200 for $25 to bring him up to 768 mb and now it's time to ditch the on board graphics.

It's a 2.4 ghz celeron, and he understands that he can't play new games on it, but he would like to play the Myst and Riven games, maybe BF1942 at very low settings and possibly Guild Wars at minimum settings.

He is fine with 800x600 and he isn't a frame rate whore.
Is it possible to pull it off?

What would you suggest for preferably around $65, less than $100 for sure.

Yep, that's what I got my girlfriend for her computer and it runs pretty good. She only plays Sims games, The Movies, and ER the game, but it runs them perfect.
