when there's high memory usage, my computer freezes, makes a pop sound then a hiss sound (kinda like a blow off valve)... time for a warranty? anyone have similiar problems before?
 
If you're sure the popping was the PSU and not the motherboard, RMA time. Not many retailers are carrying refills of magic smoke anymore.
