When browsing H on my phone with the desktop site if I touch anywhere on the site that isn't a link I get sent to an Amazon product.
 
Phone? Browser? Versions? I can't recreate this.
 
Droid X2 (I know its old)
Stock Android Browser version 2.3.5

It seems to only happen when there is an Amazon ad at the top of the page. Whatever it's advertising up there is where the link will take you. Right now it's showing a TigerDirect link at the top and it's not doing it.
 
Have you considered using the mobile version of the forum on your phone? Drop down menu at the bottom left of the screen...
 
I've never been fond of using mobile versions of sites, but I'll give it a shot. I've never used [H]'s version.
