I guess it is hard for me to complain. I have cox and I am on the 18/2 (22/2.5 w/ powerboost). This is their middle tier offering ($57.99 per month). I get 200GB per month and stream a lot of netflix. It looks like over the last year, the most I ever used in a single month is 182GB. However, I now have DirecTv and their "On Demand" stuff is actually downloaded from the internet (not the satellite). So I will have to watch that.
Cox does not charge if I go over, however, if I start going over consistantly (or way over) they will contact me and offer for me to step up to the next level (or suspend service if I will not work with them), However, I imagine it would take a while to get to that point.
Lame if I start going over, however, at least I am aware of what I get. It is far better service than ATT U-verse, so I'll stick with it.
