does anyone have the chart of what each letter means?

I know E is Extreme, Q is Quad, etc.. what do the 4 numbers after break down to?
 
i'm just curious as to what ones i can make work in my motherboard, as it only supports up to a 1066 mhz bus, but then again, can be overclocked to 2 ghz on the bus, so maybe i could force a 1333 in it...
