I have no wake-on-LAN, or nothing that would start my workstation just like that.

When I put my workstation on hibernate it clicks off and stays off. But last night and just a while back it turned on by itself! I had to go to the back of the PSU turn it off and turn it on again, then it would stay off. But if it clocks off via APM or something, it turns on.

Mobo is a Gigabyte GA-6BXD and PSU is a Sparkle Power 300W.

Mobo going bad? Keyboard "power on" button shorting out?
 
maybe its the psu that is bad.
I had to fix my friends computer and it wouldnt shut down and stade on and was the PSU.
 
its a combination of bios options that is causing this - my sister's comp used to do this. Just gon into the bios and change up some of the power options, and that should do it. I forget which ones I had to change.
