Bought some LED rocker switeches and cables from FrozenCPU, having issues.

One of the cables doesn't work. When wiring up the other cable, my LED lighting is considerably dimmer than when wired directly to the power supply. They ought to have included instructions.

What gives? I over-payed and it doesn't work.
 
Unfortunately, I don't have access to a camera at the moment. It's well outside the replacement period, so I don't know what I do about that.

After all that, I think I'm better off building my own cables. Is there someplace I can purchase those slide-on pieces used to connect the cable to the switch?

I'm pretty pissed that I paid $11 for a cable, especially considering one of them doesn't work.
