Maybe, they are really really comfortable and have good isolation. Sound quality is so-so, but if you aren't much of an audiophile I wouldn't sweat it as you can still enjoy your music.
 
If you just want a cheap, good sounding phone.. get some KSC-75's and be done with it. PX100's are good too.. the 75's can be had for under 20$ shipped and the 100's are about 30 bucks.

Havent tried the sennheisers, but the Bose are pretty damn comfortable. I only need it to listen to at night when I don't want to bother other people as well hooking it up to my camcorder in order to hear what I am recording...I have a pair of Shure E4's when I need sound quality.
 
Honestly, I wouldn't pay even $25 for those TriPorts. They just sound worse than some $20 headphones.
