not computers, but i got two warm bodies and their workstations onboard under their own names. Not too bad, two friends and allllmost got the ex girlfriend involved. Ill keep working on her. People and their respective computers are better than just boxes anyway :)

Bah, too much organic material. We want the cold, heartless, metal.

;)

tried to get my dumb friend joe on board but he said it sounded like spyware and he wasnt interested. I told him he was an f-ing moron and then he stopped talking to me.

I have someone like him but I keep prodding him to go for it. He will crack sooner or later. :D

well brains process faster than most CPUs... :D
But folding with them could be really bad and painful. Post video if you do decide to, though. :D

Maybe not. We only use 20% of our brain for higher thought processes. The rest is regulating the body. Now come the jokes:
I will have to be careful not to use the part of the brain controlling the gut. Imagine what could happen.
Guess I will have to use a very STABLE os. Don't want any crashes that result in coma.
Now that gives me an idea for the comatose patients who have no chance of waking up.
Check back in a few years till I get my degree.

hmm... here's the computers i've got access to:

(2) emachines minitower, 2.5ghz intel celeron (s478)
(2) dell dimension 3400, 2.5ghz intel celeron (s478)
(1) hp pavilion(used), 90mhz intel pentium 1
(1) dramen professional systems workstation (circa 92), 32mhz amd 80386sx *needs new hdd
the Craptacular Lappy, 1.8ghz intel mobile celeron (presumed tualatin)
the Silver Shoebox, 3.0ghz intel pentium 4 *undergoing rma
the Ponderous Tower, 150mhz intel pentium 1

i have access to a dsl connection on all but one of the emachines (which is on a 56k connection that averages 34.6k and *never* goes above 40k) and the Silver Shoebox (which, by the time it returns from rma'ing, will be able to tap into my college's t1 line via the lan :D )

which machines are worth b0rging?

anything that connects to the internet?

this thing only uses cpu bandwidth mostly anyway, a 14.4 modem would proly be adequate.

As the king of craptacular borging.......I would say everything that will run F@H!

That being said some of my machines are so slow they will drop out of the 50 day total, once they finally turn in a WU, between WU's.

hehehe... in that case i need a new hard drive for the 386... there is a F@H download availible for win3.1, right :D
