Boot up problem

Everytime I boot up and get to the part where windows is supposed to boot up, the system automatically reboots. Then it goes right into windows with no problems. Ummmmmmmm can some1 please help me here? I'm using winxp home with service pack 2.
 
Im pretty certain that Prime 95 detects problems with your RAM, Hard Drive and Processor so i would start by running this test.

Download it, run the torture test for at least 8 hours, leave it on overnight or something, if it crashes or you get an error you know its hard ware.

id also scan for spyware and viruses.
 
Well, this error hasn't happened for a week, so I guess it must have been some faulty drivers or settings somewhere.
