been having these problems lately, whenever i boot my system, the disc makes a really wierd sound. and the system doesnt boot it just hangs there black screen. i reboot my system then it starts, it only occurs every first boot of the day.

my psu +12V reading is somewhere 10.9*-11.5* is this normal

10.9 might be a bit below I think. It should not be below 11.5 if I am not mistaken.

Absolutely not. 10.9 is *way* out of spec, 11.5 is just barely within spec (11.4-12.6 is the rule). However, I suggest you check those numbers with a multimeter - software monitors tend to be inaccurate.

What kind of "really weird sound" are you talking about?
