During changing power supplies (from a 300W Skyhawk PSU to an Antec 350W SmartPower), I removed and reattached the mobo. The mobo is a Intel D850MV/D850EMV2. When the computer is powered on, it just displays slate grey with distortede graphics and the BIOS does not load. Occasionally when we run it with a Geforce 4200, we get one long beep, two shrot beeps, a pause, then two short beeps. Running the computer with a ATI x800 does not produce the beeps.

Any suggestions?
