Boot problem with new drive

I recently purchased a 250GB samsung spinpoint drive to replace my full-to-the-brim 80GB segate barracuda. I installed the new drive alongside the old and installed linux on it (fedora) just to check it was working. Then i got partition magic and norton ghost. I deleted the linux partition on the samsung and then used ghost to copy the contents of the old drive to the new. Now i can browse the contents of the new drive just fine in windows when booted from the old drive, but if i try to boot from the new drive i get this:

Verifying DMI pool data.....
GRUB _ [flashing cursor]

Then it just sits there and does nothing. Anyone know how I can fix this?

By reinstalling Windows, most likely. Grub is searching for your Linux installation, and can't find it, because you deleted the partition. It needs to boot from ntldr rather than GRUB, if you don't want to use Linux anymore. I'm not sure of any other ways to get rid of grub, I'm a Linux n00b. I'm sure someone here knows more, if not, try the OS forum.
