About 6 months ago i started having some extremely annoying boot issues with a P7N platinum, Q6600 and 2x 8800GT's. As soon as i hit the "starting windows" logo , it will reset.. and continue in this loop for about 5-6 more times until finally booting. Have tried multiple windows installations.
I can't overclock AT ALL with the 1.0 bios, but it doesnt seem to have this boot issue, and any of the newer bios's i get this issue even when running stock clocks.
Any advice on how to correct this and still have some amount of overclocking potential?
