This has been going on for a while.. doesn't happen every time but normally when the machie is cold I notice this.. it hangs on the win7 loading logo.. I hear my sound card click like the driver is loading and then it hangs.. If I wait a while and reboot after the machine gets warm it will boot on up. I did get a new SSD but cloned over the OS.. issue seemed to go a while for a little while but returned. Normally I don't power my PC off but lately I have been. My OC passes everthing I throw at it.. I even went in and added some voltage.. no change. Ram is 1866mhz.. thinking of slowing it down but somehow I feel its hte SSD or a cold boot problem.

Have you tried just removing the sound card and any other unnecessary items and see if the boot issues occur?

Fresh install is next.. found where someone was having identical problem as I was.. they said hte latest bios cleared it up for them so I will give that a shot as well. I will probably flash the bios and do a reload... if that doesnt work ill yank the sound card.
