Boot from 1.5tb?

I apologize if this is a stupid question. I'm still a newbie. But is it ok/advisable to boot from a 1.5tb drive? For my new computer it would be my only drive for now. I will have a partition for Windows but I hear about issues with higher capacity drives.

Thanks in advance everyone.

There is no issue booting from a 1.5TB. The problem is with > 2 TB drives and either old OSs, motherboard or old BIOSs that can't handle booting from a GPT partition.
