have we seen a boost since the ign mention because that doom 3 hardware thread has 40k views! and i see a lot of noobie's in there. o yea thanks again for that doom3 hardware thread, i see a lot of overclocking for me on the horizon!
 
well, someone like me could consider YOU a newbie.. so dont start dissing people.

But can you really count a "surge" of members for a board that has 30,000 people on it?
 
It didn't sound like i was dissing anybody, but it was a basic question with a simple answer. yes or no.
 
[H] gets mentions all over the place, so there are always new members showing up. IGN could have helped, no doubt.

It's good to see it keeps growing though, making this undoubtably the best computer site/forum on the web :D
