Bookshelf speakers for comp

i kow there was a thread about this a few months ago but i cant find it so here goes...

looking for a decent pair of 2.o speakers, bookshelf. my budgets about 150-200 USD for both speakers. i will but a receiver later (just gonna barrow one for now) so it doesn't need to be included in the cost

music preferences include classical, ska, and techno
source is currently soundstorm but will be an 0404 in the soon to be future

I'd look at perhaps a pair of ELT's from www.av123.com , Paradigm Titans or Atoms, or maybe the lower Ascend lines of speakers. All are well-regarded brands, and I think there are a few owners here. GMC at least has the ELTs =]

Any opinions on the MA-10D's? Rogue_jedi's speakers are going, and he's looking at them. Better off spending the money elsewhere?

I have a pair of Infinity Entra One

Much better midbass than the Polk R15's they replaced... $119 with free shipping (no tax for CA, etc.. vanns is in Montana) These are very good speakers for the price.

sounds like he wants to hook it up to a receiver so the swans arn't what he wants.

Excellent speakers. Just make sure your audio files are at least 192kbps quality or you'll be pissed at how bad it sounds compared to listening right from the CD.

right now the fosgates and Paradigm both look nice... i think ill look into one of those
