Book Recommendation on Sharepoint? :)

Hey all --

I'm looking for some recommendations on a book for Sharepoint Development.

Currently, I work in a company doing Lotus Notes Development, and our new CTO wants to switch over to Microsoft. I volunteered to learn Sharepoint, and start all new requests in that.

I've got good programming experience in LotusScript (which is very similiar to VB), and I've dabbled in C# .net (But never had a reason to use it at work, so never really applied much).

So I'd call myself an intermediate level programmer, not a beginner. I'd either go with VB.net or C# .net.

With that in mind, please recommend a good book to get me started on sharepoint :).

Thanks!!

Don't have experience with Sharepoint, but just so happens that Manning Publications has half off Sharepoint books today and I have purchased quite a few Manning books and they publish some very good material.

I like "Microsoft SharePoint 2010: Building Solutions for SharePoint 2010" by Sahil Malik. Helped me ramp up from zero SharePoint knowledge.
