BOINC: Won't report?

I've got BOINC 6.2.28 installed on a new box.

Activity: Set to "Network activiey based on preferences"
Preferences: Set to Connect about every 0 days (always on)
Additional work buffer: 3 days

This morning, it had about 10 WUs that had uploaded (checked messages), but was still showing as "Ready to report". I used to have this issue with another rig, but changed preferences to Connect about every 0.025 days and that resolved it. I did the same thing on this new box but obviously it doesn't work on this one.

This box is running WinXP Pro x64 SP3 and all my other boxes are running Vista x64 SP1.

servers were probably hiccuping.. or what you can do is go into the options.. go to the connection tab.. click clear default then set default then click ok.. then manually update the project and see if it uploads them.. i have this problem with my athlon x2 6400+ constantly has a connection problem and i have to reset it once a day or so..
 
It seems to have kinda corrected itself. I only show 3 WUs that hadn't reported yet but 2 had finished within the hour and the remaining one had completed 1.5 hours previous.
