Board with onboard video?

Does anyone know of a "currently available" motherboard that uses a socket A AMD cpu, and has onboard video and accepts old 168 pin memory?

This is for a friend where "cheap" is the most important consideration. His old board, a ECS K7SEM is dead and I can't locate a new one.
 
Might want to try Ebay or a local (small) pc store. I just checked Pricewatch and didn't find anything without DDR.

I know you are trying to watch the price but it might be worth it to try and get a few more bucks and upgrade to an older KT266 board. Definitly easier to find.
