Board or Chip?

I'll try to make this brief. I built a mini HTPC (see parts below) and started getting random blue screens ("A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval") while playing video either directly off of the device, streaming from my server or streaming online. I've gone over all the basic issues to figure out what is wrong and I have narrowed it down to either the board or chip. I updated the bios to the latest version and the blue screens went away but I started getting random freezes no matter what I was doing, not blue screen just full system freezes. So... board or chip?

Current system
Board - Intel BOXDH67CFB3
Chip - i3-2105 w/HD3000
Ram - 8GB Corsair XMS3 PC3 10666
HDD - Crucial 64GB SSD
Case - Antec ISK 300-150

Edit: It passes hours and hours and hours of prime95, memtest, and GPU stress tests.

Have you updated / installed the latest bios on your motherboard?

Did you reset CMOS? Also does the BSODs occur with any video playback software you try?

I did not reset the CMOS, I'll give that a try tonight. The blue screens went away after I updated the BIOS but when it did happen it would occur during any video playback, off the SSD, streaming from my server, or streaming off of the net. It crashes on Netflix, WMPClassic, whatever the hell Comedy Central uses for a player. My current issue after the BIOS update is total system freezes, no BSOD's.

Hmmm, my gut says the CPU.

I'm leaning towards CPU myself, possibly an issue with the on chip graphics? It'd run for days streaming audio over the net. Kick up a video and anywhere from 15mins to 3 hrs it'd be guaranteed to blue screen (all this pre BIOS update).
