Blurry Screen

ok so I got this TV

Windows 10-(X64)//65"SONY-4KHDR-120Hertz-TV

And when I set herts from 60 to 120 font gets blurry why is that? Bios, Drivers and stuff like that all latest and set to default

got it in ports 3 or 4? firmware on the tv up to date? got another cable to try?
 
does it have an input optimization option(pic quality vs text quality) in the menu anywhere?
 
I think you need to turn on the full HDMI 2.1 features

on my hisense that has to be on to get 120 to work. not sure if sony's the same but i would assume its already on if he can enable 120. wont hurt to double check though....
 
Use nvidia control panel to manually set resolution to 3840x2160 then 120hz in section 2, then set to "use nvidia" 32bit, RGB, 10 bit, full in section 3.
