Blurry screen

After cleaning my pc monitor with wet cloth today i dry it off right away. But, now my screeen seems to have gotten a bit blurry on white spots/ field. Maybe it is just temporary impression im having, but im afraid that water could attached to the screen. Its a samsung T220.

Is there way to test this ? Letters seem to be sharp still even thou there seems to be a slight blurry cloud over it.

If your tap water is hard water, it may have left some mineral deposits. Try using isopropyl alcohol diluted with distilled water (commonly found very cheaply in grocery stores as rubbing alcohol) and a lint-free cloth (microfiber cloth, commonly used for cleaning eyeglasses, is best).

i wouldnt say that my tap water is hard but it isnt the lightest either. But is it really possible for water to go through and damage the screen in a short period of 1-2 min ?
even thou the glass on the screen feels thick and solid...

It isn't glass (which is why you never use Windex or other ammonia-based cleaners) but a little water shouldn't have damaged it.
