Blurring Text?

For some reason, the text on my monitor shakes.
It's not huge, but it's noticeable. The pixels of the font I'm using now will just blur.

Ideas? I've tried degaussing over a period of 3 hours and it hasn't helped.

Check your connections.....unplug and plug. May just be bad contact with the pins....hopefully.
 
Perhaps it is some kind of electromagnetic interference, have you tried to move any high power components such as speakers from around the display. You could try moving the display to a different desk or room and see if it still has the same conditions. Maybe try a different power outlet/surge protector.
