Can anyone recommend a good mechanical keyboard with both Bluetooth and USB connectivity?
 
You could get a HHKB with a custom Hasu BT controller. But the HHKB layout may or may not be for you.
 
Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 is exactly what you're looking for. Exact same form factor as their legendary Majestouch line, but comes with ability to connect to 3 different bluetooth devices, as well as connect directly via USB. Uses normal batteries though, so don't look forward to charging them via a USB cable.
