So, it works, its connected, only problem is how can i get it to work in steam? and how can i get sound to come out speakers, and only use headset for the mic.

Its the official sony ps3 headset if your wondering...came with my SOCOM game and i would like it to be my headset for my pc also....help please?

I can record sound fine in sound recorder, but if i try steam settings and go to voice, and then test microphone, i get nothing....
