Bluetooth (BT) PCMCIA card help?

I am trying to find a good BT PCMCIA card or ExpressCard adapter. It should be Bluetooth 2.0 compatible and hopefully EDR as well. The big thing is that it should be really responsive with good range since I will be using it with a Logitech MX1000 that I received (my mom got one in the keyboard mouse combo but she prefers to use a track ball for the stuff that she does so she gave the mouse to me). The second thing is that it either should have an antena(sp?) that can be folded into the base or have only a small extension out of the slot because I want to basically install it and forget it. Anyother options that fulfill these requirements (USB dongles would not because I have to remove it, I know I'm lazy but I move and reset up my laptop 4-5 times a day AND I am a clutz and would likely snap it off otherwise.
