Here is my problem: I have recently upgraded to a new AthlonXP 3000+ about a month ago. My system kept on getting blue screens when running 3dmark05, never had this when the system ran at 266fsb with a 2400+. Now here is the kicker, I have removed ram and put them into different slots, I have removed all of my pci devices, except the SB Audigy. I have the latest bios, the latest drivers, and of course a new PSU because my cpu was having power flexuations consistantly with the old 350w PSU. The antec is less than a day old as we speak, so this eliminates PSU issues, the Power flexuates between 1.65v down to 1.63v according to CPU-Z every minute or so, and 1.63v only lasts for a second before it goes back up to the 1.65v, the previous PSU was sporadic 1.65 down to 1.61v. The CPU runs great at 266mhz fsb and the ram clocked 266mhz fsb as well, if I run asynchronous it repeats the same problem I had before when I was trying to use the Athlon 2400+ with the ram clocked at 333mhz, which was a bluescreen or a reboot. The system itself appears to have stablized since the new PSU has been installed, but every time I bench the cpu and ram at 333mhz it will lock up or blue screen or the program will just crash. I have down clocked the ram to 266mhz before with the CPU running at 333mhz fsb, and still the same problem occurs.

What the hell could the problem be?????
