Okay, we need quite a bit more information. :confused:

What version of Windows are you running? When and how often does this bsod come up? Every boot or when running a certain app? Can you boot into safe mode? Have you tried testing your memory with memtest? Is the computer overheating/are there fans within the computer operating as they should?

using vista premium 32 bit
2gig ram mushkin 4-5-4-11 timing ddr2 800 (sorry the xms2 is in my other rig)
Jan 08 - June 24, 08 was using asus 8600gt with up-to-date driver and changed the card to msi 3650 512mb ati with last months driver...both times bsod happened.anyways will do memtest later and will post result. tahnks for the reply.
no oevrheating antec900 with artic cooling pro 64
my son does play ALOT of WOW but only 1280x768 rez

Google can give you TONS of suggestions on that error message... have you tried anything?

First thing I would try is a memory test with MemTest86.

will try memtest but will swap original 2gig mushkins ram with xms2 2gig 5-5-5-12 modules...thanks for the help DEMON10000

Simple fix
Switch to linux or Mac OS :p

Since a BSOD usually IS a hardware problem, this would not be a solution anyway. Windows is perfectly stable on good hardware.

Most likely you are:
Overclocked to far
Not enough volts to CPU or RAM
RAM timing too aggressive
Could be a driver, but is almost always RAM for one of the above reasons.
