What version of Windows are you running? When and how often does this bsod come up? Every boot or when running a certain app? Can you boot into safe mode? Have you tried testing your memory with memtest? Is the computer overheating/are there fans within the computer operating as they should?

Since a BSOD usually IS a hardware problem, this would not be a solution anyway. Windows is perfectly stable on good hardware.
Most likely you are:
Overclocked to far
Not enough volts to CPU or RAM
RAM timing too aggressive
Could be a driver, but is almost always RAM for one of the above reasons.
