Blue screen memory dump

After ocing my 3500 64 from 2.2 to 2.4 I got a blue screen that says memory dump after gaming on pretty heavy load. Is this because I oc'd or is it something else? Or does it have to do with virtual memory or memory.

feed cpu a step more voltage see if it goes away also, are you running memory in spec?
i step voltage til its stable at the speed i want. got my prescott all the way up to 1.575~1.6v(idle, 1.55v load) before it got stable at 4 ghz
 
im on kingston value ram dual channel 1gb, maybe my ram, but i oc'd it to 2.5 3-3-7 , its spec is 3 3-3-8,

i'll try upping it > 5.5 , its at 5.0 right now, i'm running on a psu of 430w, maybe i need a more powerful psu?
