Blue Screen entering Win XP Pro

last night i turned off my computer holding down the power button. This morning i tryed to boot Windows and it keeps giving me a blue screen error after the Windows XP logo. I havent installed any new hardware or software.

The error it says is: Something i cant read NMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

This is on a NTFS format.

Do ineed to rebuild the MBR table? Or will i have to reformat? to fix this problem? Anyway to fix this problem without re formatting?
