I missed that. Looking at the specs one has hd in there the other doesn't. Thanks.
 
You might consider the GGC-H20LK. As far as I can tell it's the same as the GGC-H20L, but $10 cheaper. I ordered one back in September and haven't had any problems with it. It also came with Cyberlink PowerDVD 7.3.
