Now that we are #2 on the day and the aussies are about to take the blue line does anyone here care? I don't think we should all try to overclock our cpus more or build more boxen for our farms and gardens. We need more recruits. Please don't give me this crap about "well its going to be summer here and winter there and its too hot, we have a big enough lead or its not about the stats". This is what happened last time we lost the BLUE LINE and eventually went into second place. It is far better to act now than to play catchup.

We haven't gotten front page pimpage in a while now. I think right now would be an oppurtune time. My recruiting thread in General Hardware has been bumped so many times that it looks like a shot up VW Bug. Perhaps some other people could start new threads in forums like cards/hobbies/etc.

Btw, where can I get Java? Not the 100mb+ one from sun.com, but a much cleaner and smaller running one?

Was FP pimpage few days ago and got 7 new members at that time!!
I have 3-4 machines down at home right now and 4 more cpus i need to get up and running for the past 6 months or so lol So I will see what kind of spare time i have easter weekend.
 
I was doing the Find-a-drug thing for a while there, but I've switched 6ghz more back to Folding. Every little bit counts.

Where did our production go? We had some member loss, but not enough to account for the large loss in output. OCAU's output has held steady while ours has declined quite a bit. I hope we can make up for the production loss with some new members!
 
I've got a couple boxen down because of fan issues, but should have them up next week. Damn.
We are going to get creamed if we don't get it together and soon.:eek:

DAKemp is about the only one of our top producers who seems to be ramping up nicely!

I've been doing DF for awhile with my hands on boxen, already moved a couple back over. I've got probably 4 or 5 more that I'll be running folding on again shortly. Probably had 12 GHz or so running DF so that will be a nice little bump in the FAH stats.
 
Bringing a dual MP1800+ Tyan online within the week, or as soon as I get the second CPU running. Something amiss with the rig at the moment.

Three of my boxen have been offline due to realignments where they reside (office cube farm was revamped), should be back by Friday at the latest.
 
With Peteyboy23's trendline, he'll be at the top of the team in no time! :D
 
I'm back to 24/7 folding now that I'm watercooled I have no more reason to shut her down. I used to have to stop folding when I was in the room with the computer.. too much fan noise.. also, these hot vegas summers caused me to overheat..

no longer problems, I've finally hit the top 500 for our team and just about to break the 10,000 point barrier :D

Great! Thanks for the help. It doesn't take much effort to get started but once you get going it'll take all your will power to stop. :) Folding is addictive.

Hang around this forum for awhile, it's pretty cool. We have a radioactive pet Moose. Our fearless leader is an *old* drunk (anyone have a link to the mojo story?) but he's still an okay dude.

New members are fine, but new members that stick to the task are far better. We have a tremendous base of users, but not many are producing in any great quantities, if at all.

Losing production numbers like Turmelle and Dr. Cleetus were throwing is what's kicking us in the head. Last I knew, the Doc is either in the midst of a move, or figuring out where that $1,000 electric bill came from. Either way, I can't believe I passed him. Turmelle, I haven't a clue. Dude, we need you and that knowledge you'd been busting on us!

Hell, I'm gaining on Relic, of all people!!! :eek:

I am *NOT* a massive farmer, just a loon who has too many computers for his own good... :)
