Blu Ray Players/Burners

Well folks
My PS3 has the YLOD (Yellow Light of Death) Its at a friends trying to get fixed
In the mean time i am thinking of getting a Blu-Ray Drive for my system (see sig)
Now i have not looked at any of these since they came out because until now i did not need one.
What do you guys recommend for one?
Is it better go with a burner vs a player?
It would be nice to have the burner to burn 25/50gb disks but I have not looked at the costs of these disks yet.
I am open to cost on these, though would like to keep under to 150 to 100 US.

Iv had good luck with my Pioneer Blu Ray burner. Iv had for about 6 monthes with no problems. I have only burned about 7 or so blu rays, but its worked flawless every time. Cost $130 at newegg.

I was just wondering the exact same thing. I'm building a new computer and trying to decide what the best course of action is i.e. Does an all in one blue ray burner work as well as the stand alone drives? What are the best blue-ray players/burners.

I'll probably pop over to the avsforums and see what they have to say. If I find anything I'll post it here too.

See this other thread from a few days ago. Just stick to the 25 GB discs, the 50 GB discs cost an arm and a leg.
