i just bought a pair of klipsch off ebay for 50 bucks and one of the speaker looks like this
i was wondering if its going to affect the performance the promedia 2.1 since it sounds all right to my knowledge.

Its not blown. It just has the center pushed in. There are a few methods to fix this. One is to take a vacuum cleaner hose and try to suck the cone out....this might be destructive if you aren't careful. The other is to take a pin, put a drop of superglue on the tip, touch it to the dented part, let the glue dry and then pop the cone out.

Also, looks like someone jizzed all over that speaker. I would leave negative feedback unless the seller included pics/description of that speaker.

ROFL look at all that jizzz, musta been good pr0n, but damn blowing a speaker tooo? I guess he liked it rough!

hahahahahah man.... he skeet skeet all over the speaker.. lolz....

seriously though i dont even thnk itll affect performance or sound of that speaker... i am into car audio competition level and seen a some people actually win even if their subwoofer surround is gone and they just duck taped it... it still works and produces bass....

blown sub is the subwoofer that is pretty much seperated from the coil.. where if you push the sub in slowly you will hear a crackling noise or friction... dont wory your good...

I used bubblegum once to work out the dimple in a speaker.

Works very well and no risk of anything bad happening. Just chew it up real good to get most of the sugar dissolved and stick it on there and gently pull back.

If it sounds fine, it sounds fine

Yeah if it sounds fine then i wouldn't touch it, you might want to see if that guy has his porn collection up for grabs as that might be a little better than the speakers.

"blown klipsch speaker?"

HAHAHAHAHAHA most ironic thread I've ever seen.

It is quite blown, just look at all the orgasm on it hahahaha.

tried both the bubblegum and tape method to no avail. Im not too sure i wanna pull it out with a pin since i might blow a big gaping hole in it, so im just gonna leave it as it is with the screen on since it wont leave anybody questioning foul play on the speakers. i messaged the guy about that and he isnt responding, guess its time to pull out the negative trigger.

Use a vacuum cleaner hose. They are usually about the right size. Put the hose against the speaker and then turn the vacuum on, dont do it the other way around. Then turn off the vac and then remove the hose, not the other way around.

It should pop right back out.
