Blower Specs Question

So I am looking to buy a Sunon blower and have been checking out the specs (see here: http://www.sunon.com.tw/products/pdf/dc-blower/b9733.pdf). Now, I am interested in partnering the blower with a Fan Mate, so I need to keep the power consumption to 6 Watts (per the specs of the Fan Mate). I am interested in the 12 Volt 3200 RPM blower (row 2 in the above specs) which has a listed wattage of 6.7.

First question: If I am running the blower at less than full speed (using the Fan Mate), will that reduce the power consumption enough to avoid issues with the Fan Mate?

Second question: In the specs linked above there are 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V varieties of the 2700 RPM, 3200 RPM, and 3600 RPM blowers. I noticed that for both the 2700 RPM fans and the 3600 RPM fans the power consumption increased with the voltage (e.g., for 2700 RPM, the wattages are 3.6, 3.8, and 5.8 for the 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V varieties). But for the 3200 RPM fans, the wattages are 6.7, 6.0, and 8.2 for the 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V varieties. Is it possible for the 24 V to have a lower wattage than the 12 V? Or do you think this is probably a typo? I am thinking they might have switched them (which would mean the 12 V would be 6 watts and be fine for the Fan Mate).
