Blocklist just for malware?

Hello,

I know there are a lot of different blocklists out there.

Most of them appear to be anti-spam, or advertisting... can someone direct me to one that is less severe, that just covers adware and spyware? I'm looking to implement squid and squidguard to perform blocking according to this tutorial: http://notes.ozmonet.com/index.php?title=Network-Wide_Adblock

I download lists using BLM (BlockList Manager) available from the same site.

ps dunno why one appears with http:// before it and the other not, I posted them both without???
