Blocking metacafe

How? This piece of junk is being installed all over the place. How do I block it from being accessed? Is there a certain IP address that I can block in my Smoothie?

Im not even quite sure what Metacafe is, but it looks fishy so Im not going to install it. But Id say just install it and see where it connects to, what port/ip and start there. I couldnt find anything like that just searching google.

it's something that sits on the net and CONSTANTLY downloads, pics, vids, etc... all day long... it's a bandwidth hog.

I have blocked the site that you download it from. But I'd like to know if anyone has had any experience with this piece of poop?
