Blocking Ares File Sharing

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anybody knows how to block Ares filesharing (uploads only) on a network using the cisco IOS. Is there an access list i can write that will block the outgoing traffic? I don't have a problem with people downloading but all the uploads are using up way too much bandwidth.

Does it use a specific port that no other app uses? Or does it use a range of ports (never used this particular program). Does it use a differnet port/protocol to communicate out vs. uploading data? If it just uses one port that nothing else is, make an access list to deny that port (with correct protocol of course) on the outbound interface.

Sorry if thats not much help, I'm still somewhat a novice with cisco hardware.
