Block Limewire On A DGL-4300 (?)

I want to know how I can block limewire from any use on my network. I am not fluent by any means with router set-ups so please explain in the easiest of layman's terminology if this can be done.

I am not familiar with that router, but you should be able to go in there and block the port(s). IIRC there is a qos engine in there, you may be able to give it the least network priority.
