I soaked my TDX and Maze 4 block in White distilled vinegar for over 24hrs. They came out looking spickity clean but then within 30 minutes they became covered in green tarnish. Like super covered... Is this normal or how am I supposed to prevent this.

errrr.... dont soak it in vinegar? Why dont you try cleaning it with distilled water and a sponge to get rid of the vinegar residue.

yup, soak in vinegar, then immediately after taking it out rinse in DISTILLED water, not tap. Then dry immediately after that...

I just use ketchup, a toothbrush and some tap water.

My blocks have been installed for days and are still bright shiney!

vinegar -> soapy water -> rubbing alcohol to clean out the inside completly. my block has been nice and shiney for... 5-6 months? :D
