Block a user

Is there anyway to completely block a user? I have a potential troll PM'ing me. Even though he's on my ignore list, his PMs are still setting off my email alert.

Use the little red triangle to report the PM's just like you would report a post...someone will look into it
 
OK thank you very much! Seems to have stopped but I was interested in the process regardless.
