Bleeding Loop Help

You have to rock the case while the pump is on. If you can get someone to help you, you can try more extreme angles to force the air out (upside-down, etc). Unplug everything from the PSU except the pump, and use a paper clip or something to turn the PSU on (green wire to black wire). Changing the pump speed while rocking the case might help too.
 
well ive got no leaks and i have paper towels all over it and non conductive coolant
 
PAper towels all over it?? Why unless you are using LN2. If there are no leaks get them out of there!

Always bleed your loops with ONLY the pump running. I use an old computer for the power. If you jump the PSU as suggested before, power goes to all cables, thereby enabling your motherboard to fry itself.

Usually a good idea to build another port in the line used specifically for bleeding (can also be a fill line too). Otherwise you have to do the old rocking back and forth... upside down I never tried lol
 
The 24 pin power plug, where you jump the psu from, and all that jazz, the only thing plugged in should be the pump. From there when you jump start the PSU all it powers is that little pump of yours pushing the water, that's when you tip and tilt the tower to allow the water to reach its air pocket spots pushing the air out.
