Blaster like error on WIN Server 2003

im getting basically the same error as you egt when you have blaster, but when i run theix blaster deely, it doesnt find anything, what im wondering is what is the command to stop the shutdown, its somethign like stop -a, but i cant remember.
or does anyone know what could be causing this error? it only happens sometimes, like every other reboot
