ok ill be playing a game, next thing my lcd goes into power saving mode... and no more video? anyone have a clue??

MSI O/C 8800GTX SLI
evga 680i SLI mobo
4gb DDR2 - 800 GSKILL RAM
PC&C 750 QUAD
e6850 cpu @ 3.7ghz
 
Usually a overclocking issue/ heat issue. Or the card gave up completely, but then you prolly wouldn't post here right now unless you're at your second computer.

might not just be the card. Your proc is heavily overclocked as well, maybe your memory. All these things could be the culprit. It might not be the card at all.
