Peace, I wonder if someone can help me.

When I boot up my ABIT KG7 and AMD XP 1800, all I get is a blank screen. I've tried replacing the the video card and cpu with spairs but no dice.

Help,. please... THANK YOU!
 
Pull the board and run it on top of its box or another piece of cardboard. Unexplained blank screens with no diagnostic beeps or codes tend to be shorts between the case and the board, which isn't all that uncommon. Running the board on a nonconductive surface will eliminate the short and allow for normal operation, if that is indeed your problem.
