Black screen when resolution changes

While i am gaming, every time the resolution changes, (new map), it goes black and doesn't come back. But if i turn the monitor off and on again, it comes back on. This monitor's native res is 1920 X 1080, right where i have it set at. Win7 drivers should be all i need for this monitor.

Anybody else ever seen this problem?

I've seen it on one of the Planars I had. I ended up having to get it replaced.

Can anybody figure out a fix for this? The monitor is fine. It's in excellent shape. It just seems like whenever there is a resolution change you get a black screen. Turn the power off and on again and everything is fine.

It does not have it's own driver. Supposed to be compatible with all OS's on basic drivers.
