Black Ice Pro mounting questions

I just got some stuff in from petra and dangerden and the black ice pro radiator I got doesn't seem to work with the screws it came with. The screws go in the holes, but the hole is the thread size not the inner diameter of the screw (they slide in and out). I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if you have recomendations for fixes (what size screws would work?).

I use 2" 6-32 screws (Home Depot) to mount my fans to my BIP

The ones I got were also too small...

I can't speak for BIP but I'd imagine they might be similar to coolrad/swiftechs based on Arcygenical's post. I used 1.5" $6-32 screws from home depot for the side with the grill, case panel, and 25mm fan. It just hits the fins but doesn't really do any major damage at all. Then on the other side with just a 25mm fan, I used a 1.25" and same story.

A lot of people actually put a bolt down there, I believe. It probably gives it a little more reliability maybe. I'm not too worried since I've got 8 screws mounting my rad to my top panel, but I still worry about them giving way and eventually crashing down

Note the #6-32 won't thread the fan holes, but that shouldn't matter.
