Are these raidiators any good?

Basically, I'll be getting a single fan raidiator sometime in the future and need to know the best possible raidiator is for this job.
 
PA120.1 is the best single radiator on the market...

it can easily cool a single 7xxx level or X1900xx level GPU along with a CPU.

Depends upon the room you have for said radiator. if your space is limited the PA160 is a bit on the large side.
